Hello! My Copa Airlines BOS Terminal was very smooth. The airline uses Terminal E, which is international and quite up to date. Check-in was quicker than anticipated, and security was not bad at all. The Copa employees were courteous and multi-lingual, which made a big difference. There are not many amenities exclusive to Copa within the terminal, but it is comfortable enough. Boarding was quick, and the flight left on time. Overall, I’d say it’s a no-frills experience but dependable. If you’re flying to Panama or connecting further, it’s a solid choice from terminal. No complaints worth mentioning!
